Low testosterone (Low T) can show up in ways that are easy to miss. Common symptoms include:

  • Low energy or fatigue
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Reduced sex drive or performance
  • Mood swings or depression
  • Weight gain (especially around the midsection)
  • Poor sleep or recovery
  • Decreased muscle mass
  • Slower recovery after workouts

If you’re noticing changes in energy, mood, sex drive, focus, or physical performance — you’re not alone, and you’re not just “getting older.” Testosterone optimization can help men regain control of their health and feel like themselves again. Your provider will evaluate your symptoms and labs to determine if treatment is right for you.

Yes — labs are required before starting therapy.

If you’re seen in person, your initial lab panel is drawn in-clinic during your first appointment and is included in the price of the Full Swing Assessment.

If you choose a telehealth visit, we’ll order your labs to a Quest Diagnostics location near you for convenience.

Once your results are in, your provider will either call you or schedule a telehealth appointment to review everything and, if appropriate, initiate your treatment plan.

  • CBC

If you’re unsure, bring a copy or upload it through your portal — your provider will review them with you.

Your medications are shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging. You’ll receive clear instructions for home injections, and your provider is available for any follow-up questions.

After your initial visit, we’ll review your lab results together and, if appropriate, start your personalized treatment plan.

Once you begin therapy, your care follows a structured, supportive timeline:

  • Around 4 weeks, you’ll receive a quick check-in text to see how you’re feeling and answer any questions
  • Around 10–12 weeks, you’ll come in for a lab draw and follow-up appointment
  • Once your lab results are available, we’ll schedule a telehealth or phone call to:
    • Review your results in detail
    • Assess how you’re feeling
    • Adjust your treatment plan if needed

Labs can be completed in-clinic or at a nearby Quest Diagnostics location, depending on your visit type.

From there, we continue to fine-tune your plan to keep you feeling your best.

You’ll always have direct access to your provider—if questions come up along the way, you don’t have to wait for an appointment to get answers.

Your labs are scheduled at key points to safely monitor your progress and optimize your results:

  • At your initial visit (included in your Full Swing Assessment)
  • Again at 10–12 weeks, along with a follow-up appointment to evaluate your response
  • Then every 3–6 months, depending on how stable your treatment plan is

After each lab draw, we’ll review your results with you via a phone call or telehealth visit and make any necessary adjustments to keep you feeling your best.

Your provider will guide you through this entire process and ensure all labs and follow-ups are scheduled at the right time.
